With a formal education that includes marketing and business, Debbie's work experience reflects a diverse history.

Beginning in banking, taking a turn in municipal government (highlighted by working as "chief of staff" to the Mayor), and then covering all of South Texas while working with H-E-B, she refined her human resource, public affairs, advocacy, situation management and communication skills. She has served as president of the Corpus Christi Chamber and United Way and supported many non-profits with her expertise.
